Vijay Saha | Founder & CEO
Vijay is the Founder and the CEO of Sererra Consulting Group, an IT Professional Services firm offering integrated turnkey ERP, CRM and eBusiness solutions to small and medium sized businesses. Vijay also served as CEO of Micamart Limited, a trading company based in London and Susco Electronics, an electronic components distribution company based in NY. Vijay has his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashridge Business School (City University, UK).
Nik Puni | President, Sererra SFI
Nik’s passion is technology and business process with 15+ years of software development, project management and systems integration expertise along with a proven track record of ERP implementations. He is a certified consultant for a number of ERP and CRM applications including Intacct, NetSuite, Salesforce.com and SAP ByDesign. He also provides a strong understanding of Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing, Contract Management and Lead to Cash Processes. Nik has B.A. Economics and Management from the University of California, Irvine and an enthusiasm for Social Network Analysis and Business Intelligence.
Sunita Goel-Saha | Controller
Sunita, along with Vijay, oversees Sererra’s business development and financial planning for the company. Sunita is focused primarily on driving the company’s overall growth and development. Sunita has a Degree in Psychology from University of Bombay.
Taha Raja | NetSuite Practice Manager
Taha got his start at NASA and has always loved high-tech. With a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University, and experience as entrepreneur himself, Taha is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of business owners.
Farhan Shams | Managing Director, Sererra UK
Farhan heads Sererra’s UK operations. Farhan has a strong finance and accounting background, with more than 15 years experience in senior finance controller positions for large blue chip organizations and SMEs. As a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, he has lead number of ERP system implementation projects delivering significant improvements to back office operations, processes and procedures. Farhan has a degree in Business Studies and post graduation qualification CIMA from the UK.
Julie Bodine | Director of Marketing
Julie is responsible for maintaining and developing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives, including web projects, public relations, trade shows, SEM, SEO, client relations, advertising and more. Julie has a BA in English from Whittier College and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Kimberly Graham |Director of Client Success
Kimberly Graham has more than 13 years of combined industry experience with ERP, CRM and eCommerce solutions working for Sage, NetSuite and Junction Solutions. She has held leadership roles in channel marketing, complex CRM system implementations representing both internal and external users and client services and is passionate about working with customers and driving client satisfaction and positive outcomes. In her new role with Sererra, Kimberly and her team will manage client relationships from the initial on-boarding process through the entire customer lifecycle to ensure that client expectations are exceeded. Her team will also drive business and revenue growth with Sererra clients in alignment with their requirements. .
Jim Hart | Director of Business Development
Jim Hart is passionate about SaaS and brings more than 20 years of technology experience to Sererra, having been on both the sales and operations side of businesses, large and small. He most recently was Practice Manager for SingerLewak Systems, a division of a top 100 CPA firm focused on leveraging technology to improve their clients' operations and financial reporting, and especially focused on delivering results and ROI from SaaS technologies. Prior engagements include running web operations for Realtor®.com, product management for ValueClick Media and large scale ERP selections for mid-size businesses. Jim's focus at Sererra is driving long-term value to our clients through solution development, sales and deployment of the right mix of SaaS technologies.
Chance Berry| Director Business Development
Chance’s career in the Information Technology industry began with building a start-up called ERP.com. Chance leveraged his sales and marketing abilities to ERP publishers like those of NetSuite, Infor, IFS, Epicor and Sage to sign with ERP.com for marketing and lead generation campaigns. This ultimately allowed him to jump the fence and work with an independent software provider called Master System, Inc. as their Director of Sales and Marketing. He quickly adapted and learned how to effectively produce results not just in sales and marketing, but in operational streamlining with customer service as well. He started and developed the entire cloud product within OMS ERP in a matter of months of being there while running all web operations and working on his own direct sales. Chance’s drive is to bring in and create true business relationships and provide service that is next to none, while continuing the reputation of what Sererra strives for, to make their clients’ businesses successful.
Jimmy Juarez | Director Business Development
Jimmy brings 10 years of experience in the CRM space where he specializes in building solutions around Salesforce's suite of cloud technologies for sales and customer service operations. He has served in various capacities to successfully deliver projects around custom application development and system integration for enterprise clients. In addition, he enjoys following social media, web development and eCommerce trends. He has a strong passion for assisting non-profit organizations achieve their missions and regularly volunteers around his community. Jimmy studied Biomechanics at Chapman University where he learned to appreciate the intersection where form meets function and how to apply it in challenging business settings. .
Donna Hoenie | Project Manager/Implementation Consultant
Donna Hoenie brings 23 years of executive level experience creating and managing business processes, systems and operations at technology firms. Her experience with NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Great Plains, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, Astea, QuickBooks and Intacct enables her to build consistently repeatable business solutions for clients while increasing profitability, streamlining business processes and expanding business intelligence. Donna is committed to working with Sererra clients to ensure they deploy the best cloud technology solutions to manage their operations.
Erin Tran | Project Services Delivery Manager
Erin Tran brings over 15 years of management experience improving and managing operational business processes and projects. Having worked with companies from the inside and with clients who needed her expertise, Erin is positioned to help Sererra continue to grow. Her enthusiasm for technology, particularly cloud-based ones such as Salesforce.com and Intacct, enables her to understand how to achieve client satisfaction while continuing to build and improve processes with the team. Erin is committed to working with the Sererra consultants, project managers and the sales team to ensure the flow from sales through go-live is a smooth process both internally and for our clients who deserve nothing less.
James Bokar | Senior Implementation Consultant
Jim comes to Sererra from TOA Technologies where he sourced, implemented and then managed Intacct for nearly four years, producing results that were recognized with Intacct's presentation of its Business Value Award this fall. In total, Jim has more than 30 years experience in business. After receiving his CPA with Ernst & Young, he progressed through technical and management positions in both public and private industries. In the last 14 years he has been involved with several challenging business system upgrades, conversions and retooling, all with the goal of improved efficiencies, quality and a return on the invested capital.
Andreas Mantius | Business Process Engineer / Implementation Consultant
Andreas started at Sererra as an implementation consultant - a move that came from looking for a professional change in life. He has been professionally implementing NetSuite software as the core backbone of a business’s ERP, CRM and financial structure for two years. Clients say that his professional demeanor, problem solving and actionable personality make for a good consultant. He has worked for various NetSuite partners, and has worked on projects that included implementing sales solutions for sales reps, a financial system for a business selling 3D printers, and assisting with the printing and mailing of a healthcare insurance company’s paperwork. Hanne Dietrich | Implementation Consultant
Hannie has over twenty years of experience in Finance Management, and more specifically in the accounting arena. She is experienced in establishing accounting systems and structures and analyzing and managing accounting reports and general ledger journals. Having studied in Denmark, Ms. Dietrich is knowledgeable in international security transactions for central and domestic commercial banking. She has been involved in many auditing projects, financial system conversions and application upgrades.
